I aim to keep this website available and up to date; however, I cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that all information will always be free from errors.

Artwork & Product Information

All artwork is created by hand and may contain slight variations in texture, colour, and finish. These differences are part of the handmade nature of each piece.

Please note that colours may appear differently depending on your device or screen settings.

Artwork descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible. However, minor differences may occur due to the unique nature of handmade work.

Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full before artwork or products are dispatched.

Available payment methods are provided at checkout. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

I reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any products, services, prices, or website content at any time without prior notice.

Shipping & Delivery

Artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely.

Processing and delivery times may vary depending on the item, availability, and destination. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout.

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for the delivery of the item transfers according to the shipping provider’s terms.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade and individual nature of artwork, returns are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or faulty.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 business days of delivery with photographs of the artwork and packaging so the issue can be assessed.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Commissions

For commissioned artwork, details including pricing, timelines, materials, and requirements will be agreed upon before work begins.

A deposit may be required before starting a commission. Commissioned artwork cannot be returned or exchanged once completed, except where required by law.

Copyright & Intellectual Property

All artwork, photographs, designs, and written content on this website remain the intellectual property of Kyla Perkins.

Purchasing an original artwork, print, or handmade product does not transfer copyright ownership.

Artwork may not be reproduced, copied, modified, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.
